Concept
CRM system for a logistics company, designed as a single workspace where tasks, deals, chats, and team members come together. The interface is built from scratch: clean visuals, intuitive structure, fully responsive. Special focus on interaction details — smart filters, real-time comment threads, a task-aware calendar, and compact info cards. No fluff, just efficient tools that save time and keep the workflow clear.
Scope
The goal was to design a CRM system to streamline internal processes of a logistics company — including order intake, delivery coordination, and driver management. The system needed to support multiple user roles (managers, operators, drivers), track order statuses, log user actions, and enable quick navigation between entities. I designed user flows, interaction logic, and a responsive interface suitable for both office use and field operations.
